Wordsmiff Turns The Heat On At DJ Enuff’s Hotbox

Rapper Wordsmiff is making sure he secures nothing but the bag for the latter half of this year. The Brooklyn native took his charm, undisputed talent and perfect hypman Colton of The Colton Show over to the esteemed radio station Hot 97 to showcase his skills at DJ Enuff’s Hotbox.

“Should’ve peeped me ‘fo the glo’ up, talking sorry now hold up.”

In true Smiffy fashion, the skilled spitta gave us the ying and yang of his lyrical arsenal. First, a soulful track entitled “Limelight” that’s a cookout ready blend of bars and bounce. Recorded over samples of Kid N’ Play and The Spinners, “Limelight” is a reminder that you can still have fun and dance in this often too serious game of Hip Hop. On the flip side we know that for Wordsmiff it’s bars over everything, so he didn’t leave without giving Enuff a gutter track just so the legend DJ could understand just how deep in his bag he could go.

DJ Enuff said he could see them on television performing for Ellen- we think it’s about time he caught up.
