Lafayette Stokely has been on his sh*t lately. He’s surprised us with a loosie over the Cedric Brown & KQuick- produced beat, “Night Job”.

Originally heard on Dreamville’s Revenge of the Dreamers II compilation, Stokely spits a familiar, but hungrier dissertation of deserving the recognition and top spot in the rap game. He’s holding no punches on this one- calling out the nonbelievers and staking his claim as the best to do it.

..If you ever doubted don’t shake my hand/

matta fact let’s take this fliCk real quick, remember this moment you was on my d*ck

“Night Job” comes just a week after Stokely’s recent release Suede Shoes, offering a versatility that’s arguably unmatched by your favorite Florida local.

“I [wrote this] because of your piece, and because I know I deserve a spot on that Dreamville roster.” I’m honored.

We’ll get Cole on the phone. In the meantime, press play on Night Job- Freestyle by Lafayette Stokely.
